I'm Paul Popov. I work at the intersection of product, operations, design, and marketing — and over the past year I've added software to the mix, building full-stack applications from spec to deployment, independently.
If it needs to exist and work, I'll figure it out.
I've worked across genuinely different worlds — simultaneous interpreting, real estate, e-commerce, Web3, engineering startups — and the thread running through all of it is the same: I make things work.
That range taught me to learn fast and pick up new tools with ease. In the last year I've pushed that further: I build software independently now, taking full-stack applications from spec to deployment. Same approach I took with Webflow, Shopify, Airtable — learn it properly, then own it.
I care about getting things right without unnecessary complexity.
Outside of work: trail running, slow coffee, and growing alpine strawberries.

At the intersection of PM and CRM. Workspaces contain projects, pipelines, tasks, and contacts. Plans cut across workspaces independently of project hierarchy. Attach a page to any resource — projects, contacts, pipelines. A Constellation view renders any grid as a navigable node graph.
A self-verifying contract platform. Every other e-signature platform gives you a PDF that claims something — the actual verification lives on their server. Riccy's Evidence Package would contain the proof itself: contract text, cryptographic hash, and both parties' Ed25519 signatures in a ZIP you own, verifiable anywhere with no server call. Designed for stackable contract logic, with optional blockchain timestamping and permanent Arweave storage. Currently in design and being pressure-tested with the TEAconf community.
A professional teleprompter in a single HTML file (~200KB) that runs entirely in your browser. No install, no server, no accounts — your script never leaves the device. Time-domain acceleration curve that mimics how the eye actually reads, accurate across font size, line height, and window width. Multi-speaker mode parses speaker labels in Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic and assigns each a color. Four broadcast-standard cue styles. Open source on GitHub. A Next.js rebuild with canvas rendering for sub-pixel scroll motion is in progress.
A space for structuring words, images, files, and their relations. Private archives, research trails, project materials, and the context around them. Spaces hold nested Blocks, Blocks hold Items — text, images, files, links, references. A graph view shows how Spaces, Blocks, Items, and tags connect. Drop links let others submit files and text into a Block from outside the app. Collaborative Spaces coming.
A single-file HTML graphics editor in the spirit of the early classics — small, self-contained, made to be opened and used. Raster painting and vector objects on stacked canvases, image import, a deep glitch effects system. No build, no dependencies, runs offline. In a world where perfect images are commodified, their value is superseded by authenticity and expression.
End-to-end production of the Triple Entry Accounting Foundation Course for TEAconf. Shaped the course format from the ground up, record and edit all materials, built the full course infrastructure, and manage all publishing and content operations.
